Filter Mart is a Pakistan-based supplier of industrial, commercial, and automotive filtration products. We provide nationwide delivery services and customer support through online and offline channels.

All orders placed through Filter Mart are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspicious activity.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier pricing, taxes, or market fluctuations.

Bulk or custom orders may require advance payment and a separate quotation. Quotations remain valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

We accept bank transfer.

Certain products, custom orders, or remote-area deliveries may require partial or full advance payment.

Filter Mart delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 business days depending on location and courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or force majeure events.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Custom-made products, installed items, used products, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and payment-related information to process orders and provide customer support.

Your information is used for order processing, delivery coordination, support services, and service improvements.

Filter Mart takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer data against unauthorized access or misuse.

All content on Filter Mart including logos, product images, website design, graphics, and text are protected intellectual property and may not be copied without written permission.

Filter Mart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delivery delays, or website interruptions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended applications.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
